Project Detail: Design and Construction of a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rated building, for a former employer. The building was constructed from a steel frame with insitu concrete roof and upper floors on piled foundation. The elevation treatments included high quality aluminium rain screen cladding, part brickwork and glazed curtain walling to both of the corner stair towers. The internal office space consisted of fit-out to Category B over three stories.
External works includes a generator enclosure, security fencing and one hectare of hard and soft landscaping with parking for 75 cars.
