Project Detail: The construction of a new treatment centre in Nottingham for the NHS Trust. The form of contract was NEC Option C. This project provided over 10,000 sqm (107,639 sqft) of accommodation over two floors and covered parking for 80 cars. The customer benefitted from our flexible approach to change and effective management of their budget through value engineering and cost control.
The main building is supported on concrete piles with an in situ concrete frame. The elevation of the building consisted of curtain walling and cladding panels.
