Delivering sustainable buildings requires close liaison with the construction team ensuring the cost of delivering intelligent buildings provide much of the requirements for lighting/cooling and ventilation for a very low running cost in the future. We ensure that we identify these costs into the life cycle costing of the building and always remind our clients that green buildings are not always more expensive to build and may well be cheaper in capital costs.
