Andy Hallam BSc (Hons) MCIOB
Andy Hallam is a member of the Chartered Institute of building with over 17 years experience.
Andy was previously a Regional Commercial Manager delivering a turnover of £50m per annum delivering projects of up to £35m in value, including a new Queens Medical Centre in Nottingham. He has also delivered a portfolio of projects including multi-storey car parks, and industrial units for ProLogis, Rosemound and Astral.
Andy is a highly experienced manager, with a wealth of experience in all aspects of the construction industry, particularly, the commercial management of development and construction projects. He is an enthusiastic individual, with excellent communication and leadership skills who is proactive and innovative in creating solutions to problems.
